Wicked Lady is an older version of Rini (doesn't she look a lot like her mom?) Wicked Lady is basicly created by the Wiseman, who brainwashed Rini into thinking no one loves her, and that she is alone in the world. He does this by showing Rini half memories, making the other half look like everyone dosen't like Rini. ( For example, Rini has a birthday, and she thinks everyone forgot it. But then everyone surprises her with a birthday party saying " How could you think we'd forget you?" Wiseman would brainwash her into thinking everyone really did forget it, and that they don't care anyway.) Wiseman was constantly lying to Rini. Then Rini ended up hating all her friends, she claimed her only friend was her Luna ball, and she switches it (the Luna ball) to the Dark Moon's side. Wicked Lady uses the evil Luna ball to attack the Sailor Scouts. Wiseman was only using Rini so that he could open the dark gate so that he could rule the world. Wicked Lady is changed back to Rini when Neo-Queen Serenity and Tuxedo Mask make her remember her real memories.
