There isn't much known about the kawaii little kid, but we know some. Chibi Chibi is Sailor Galaxia's star seed. Also, the true form of Sailor Chibi Chibi Moon is Sailor Cosmos. She repeats what people say, and she says Chibi Chibi a lot. (hence the name) She falls out of the sky like Rini did. Chibi Chibi is about 2 years old.
